Many non-instructional services operate as extensions of existing programs or through implementation of strategic goals to serve the community. These services evolve with community needs and are designed through program advisory and faculty initiatives, the commitment and direction of key college leadership, and 
collaborations with state and local partners. Figure 2.1 offers a listing of some key services.
