Enable JavaScript
For PC
Enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
- Click on Tools and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the Custom Level button.
- Under Settings:
- scroll down to Scripting and enable Active scripting and Scripting of Java applets.
- scroll down to User Authentication and under Logon select Automatic logon only in Intranet zone.
- Under Reset custom settings, select Medium-low from the drop-down list. Click Reset. Click OK.
- Quit/exit Internet Explorer after you change settings and then re-start the application.
Enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox
- Click on Tools and select Options.
- Click on the Content tab and ensure that Enable JavaScript is selected.
- Click OK.
- Quit/exit Mozilla Firefox after you change settings and then re-start the application.
For Mac
Enable JavaScript in Safari
- Click on Safari, then select Preferences.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Under Web Content, ensure that Enable plug-ins and Enable JavaScript are selected.
- Close the window.
- Quit/exit Safari after you change settings and then re-start the application.
Enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox
- Click on Firefox and select Preferences.
- Click on the Content tab.
- Ensure that Enable JavaScript is selected.
- Close the window.
- Quit/exit Mozilla Firefox after you change settings and then re-start the application.
