DIRECT BILLING:  Your department will be billed for the individuals you send to training after the course completes. If you are self paying, you can include your payment information on the registration form you will fill out in class or take this form to the cashier's office.

~No spaces will be saved in a course without filling out the corresponding online reservation form.
~All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
~If a course is filled, you can call 414-571-4706 to be placed on a waitlist or select a different section.
~Payment or billing will not be processed until the course is completed.
~If you cannot attend your reserved training, it is your responsibility to notify us before the course starts by emailing or calling 414-571-4706.
~If we do not receive notification that you are cancelling your reservation(s), you or your department may be billed for the tuition cost.
~On the corresponding training web page, please print out the correct parking permit and display it on your vehicle dashboard.
